Ingredients:
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 large egg
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 teaspoon of XscapeKN Canna-Oil
Lemon wedges, for serving
Pesto or tarter sauce for serving
Directions:
1. Batter the florets by first dipping them in a bowl with the beaten egg and then into the seasoned breadcrumbs
2. Pour our canna-oil into a small bowl and using a brush, gently brush each cauliflower floret with oil.
3. Air fry for 12 minutes at 370°

Ingredients:
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup mashed pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon XscapeKN canna-oil
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 quarts oil for frying
1/2 cup brown sugar, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 egg
2/3 cup almond milk, or milk of your choice
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients then add wet ingredients until fully combined. Fry spoonfuls of mixture over medium to low heat using oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 tbs XscapeKN MCT Oil + 1 tbs olive oil
1 onion, diced
½ cup carrot ,shredded
3 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp honey
1 ½ cups vegetable broth
1 cup coconut milk
4 cups pumpkin, chopped in 2" pieces
2 tbs parsley chopped and divided
salter & black pepper to taste
Directions:
Season pumpkin and bake with onions, garlic, carrots for 45-60 minutes at 350F. Turnover at 30mins. Blend baked items with both, milk and oil. Serving Size: 2 cups

Ingredients:
1 tbsp XscapeKN Olive oil
1 cup of shredded chicken
1 cup of finely sliced mushroom
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 finely chopped garlic clove
30 mini phyllo pastry shells
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Saute mushrooms with oil over medium-high heat. Then add mushrooms, chicken, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl and mix together. Place phyllo cups on baking sheet. Add a spoonful of mixture into each cup and bake for 15-20 minutes at 390F.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed & halved
1 tbs XscapeKN canna-butter
2 tbs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Place beans into a large skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer until beans just start to soften. Drain and return to the skillet.
2. Add butter and stir until melted
3. Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant
4. Season and salt before serving.
Cannabis Infused Breakfast & Smoothies Recipes
Ingredients:
2 cups waffle mix
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tbs XscapeKN Coconut Oil
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip morsels
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Heat waffle iron. Spray with non stick cooking spray.
2. Combine waffle mix, oils and water until large lumps disappear.
3. Stir in blueberries and chocolate chips, then let sit for 5 minutes.
4. Pour desired amount of batter into waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
Makes 2-3 large 8" Waffles

Ingredients:

¼ purple onion, minced
1 red pepper, minced
1 tbs Italian seasoning
¼ cup chives
¼ cup shredded cheese blend
3 tbs tomato paste
1 28 oz can chunky-style crushed tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste, Thyme
28 oz Ziti cooked & drained
28 oz ground beef
Directions:
Saute onions, peppers & seasoning for 2 mins with oil. Add beef & cook until brown. Add paste & brown for 2 mins. Add tomatoes, simmer & stir for 20 mins. Combine with ziti & cheese until melted.
Ingredients:
1 butternut squash
1 lb ground beef
1 tbs XKN Canna-Olive Oil
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar & mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 cups tomato salsa
1/2 cup pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tsp chili powder
Directions:
Half squash & spoon out seeds. Bake it on baking tray for 30mins at 400F. Brown the beef with oil. Add onion, garlic & mushrooms until onion is soft. Stir in other ingredients on medium heat for 15mins. Stuff the baked squash halves. Add cheese. Bake for 10mins.
Cannabis Infused Dressings & Sauces
Ingredients:
1/4 cup XscapeKN Canna-Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
White Pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients into a mason jar and shake until fully mixed. Or, add items to a blender and set to combine.
